I mean, I understand the complaints people had when the game launched, but the game ended up alright. And honestly, is one of my favorite fps games to date.

Most people are just hating on the game for the reason that Dice and EA released it in this shitty state and without any content at all. It was a shitshow, and not ok. But why are people not allowed to enjoy the game now, even after 3 years?! The game is well rounded as it is. Yes specialists etc... but i do enjoy it very much and i also enjoyed most of the other battlefield titles except for hardline. That was bad.

I love BF and that includes 2042. It was a disaster at launch and that is the main problem. If they had a solid launch, people would’ve been happier which would have led to more content probably.. it’s a ton of fun. it has its issues but I personally enjoy it as much as the previous titles. After playing Black ops 6 Demo, 2042 felt like a masterpiece!

Cod is just completely different. Not a big fan of it and the gunplay itself. But yeah, better launch would‘ve made such a big difference for sure.

Eh. I didn't mind 2042 towards the end, I guess the way to get the most out of the game is to kinda treat 2042 like its own entity, not even a "Battlefield" title, just another FPS game. That's how I treated Hardline too. 2042 is pretty much dead now in OCE, and I don't see myself returning to this game again tbh, older BF's have had a resurgence in OCE and when Delta Force drops I have a reason to uninstall 2042 for good. Definitely the worst Battlefield game by a mile, but far from the worst FPS game I have ever played. There is some fun to be had on the game, but it will always be remembered as a failure if not flat out forgotten about in 10 years lmao.

Yeah, 2042 doesn't really fit into the Battlefield universe. It just plays diferent. Hardline was exactly the same and was not really a Battlefield game for me. The worst fps game you ever played? I have to disagree there. So many bad fps games out there. We barley have any good ones to beginn with.. Let's just hope we get a propper Battlefield game next.. 🙏

Im sry but nah it isn’t. When you can get it for like 15€ then yeah it’s decent but alone when you it compare to BF5 can 2042 not keep up and BF5 was not a really good BF. Even Delta Force managed to have a Aloha that runs better and is more fun than 2042 after 2 years and will not get any more content. You guys should stop always being ok with getting shit in the face and forget it after 2 years when they literally only did the bare minimum

I guess where you're coming from and you're right about that. We shouldn't be Ok with what Dice and EA released there on launch. It was a pure shitshow... and they deserve all the frustration people are letting out on them but a good year and 1/2 after launch this game is in a good place. Yes the game should've released like that, but it didn't. Nothing wrong in people enjoying the game now. Should we just stop playing because of the shit launch? The problem is, that there is not a single alternative out there except for Delta Force now, wich is not getting close to what Battlefield 2042 even has to offer. At least not yet. The movement is cluncky and the vehicles feel complete shit. They have lots of work to do. But who knows.. maybe it turns out to be a real competitor to battlefield.
