I played 2042 yesterday for the first time since the 2nd month of the games lifespan and let me tell you, while it’s a bit clunky still I really enjoyed it, the breakthrough game I played was really fun and I’ll definitely be playing 2042 more, I stopped because content was bland and the game felt like it should not have been released but at its current state I like it a lot

After playing BF2042 THEN BF4, its obvious the latter is still far superior. The audio and ambient noise is in BF4 is far more audible, while BF2042 sounds very quiet in comparison!

BF4 makes my eyes hurt on certain bigger blurrier maps. Which makes me stick to BF1 and BF5, but I think Bf2042 right now is still an decent game.

I've had more fun in 2042 tbh, I got tired of the braindead BF4 bunny hop movement and no recoil guns and most of the specialist gadgets make the gameplay faster and more enjoyable instead of a walking simulator

jackfrags When using the LCMG try putting it in single fire. It's VERY accurate, you can snipe with it and have essentially an unlimited mag. It's awesome.

You should try the 800 damage lobbies on portal. Usually on Rush mode and even a pistol bullet drops you, the lobby are anarchy I love it.

Still can't really get into the environments. Was hyped for some war torn post apocalyptic environments but all these maps are so clean.
