That's why Ravic is one of the best people to watch play this game. He's so in tune with what's going on around him, info from friends, mini-map, sound effects and just general awareness it's really engaging to watch. I dig when he uploads longer sections of gameplay and we can really see how the battles flow and how Ravic finds his own flow to moving about the map and battling enemies.

His accuracy and ability to know the other guy is dead before he gets any indication from the game is impressive. My own aim has improved just watching his crosshair positioning when moving around, it rarely leaves that horizontal line where his victims reside.

There's no way around it - the AEK in Battlefield 4 is just different from the AEK in Battlefield 3. The recoil, the handling, the accuracy, the *feel* of the gun is just different.

yeah bf4 is empty, I do really well in bf4 80% win rate and 2+ k/d with skill rarely lower than 600 and when I went back to bf3 just a few days ago I felt like a god at the game, it responds so well, you don't have to "predict" if your bullet killed someone before game indicates, and there's no dumb, excessive, non-stop crashes STILL and bf3 was way glitchier at launch, or must I remind us all of famas flechette, shooting through floors because you fell through map ESPECIALLY in mortar holes in metro outside, or the good 'ol hvy barrel underslung DART. Those are just a few of the worse glitches to name.

That lift transition was awesome, also liked the use of the original BF3 soundtrack. Regarding not liking the AEK as much, could it be the combination that its slightly higher RPM and the maps a simply bigger in BF4? I'm not sure if the RPM is higher from BF3, certainly sounds like it. Might be a more enjoyable weapon if maps like Seine Crossing and Grand Bazaar were in BF4.

Hit registration is basicly fucked in BF4. (currently in testing and getting a lot better in CTE) And guns with higher RPM are generally missing more bullets, also seems like hitboxes can only take one Bullet per some period of time and other are just going thru target. These are just mine speculations but they maybe not that far from truth. On CTE in best server groups I can operate with AEK just fine and my play style isn't far from Ravic's. Both for BF3 and BF4

Nathen Colberg probably due to the recoil. I've noticed that my aim is a bit more erratic with a silencer. It might just be me though. Bullet velocity doesn't really affect me from the usual ranges I engage people.

Ravic, how does that first quick tap fire you use before dropping the hammer affect the recoil? Doesn't that make you have to control the first shot multiplier twice in a row? I use longer taps but am clearly not nearly as good at controlling recoil. Any advice you have would be appreciated! (It'd be awesome to see how you pull down against the recoil in a video somehow.)

I don't really like this gun. I'm using it just to unlock stuff for it. It's recoil and rate of fire suck even with tap firing at distance. I feel limited in range with this gun. It's really good for maps like locker or small tdm games. I like to use the AK12 in burst fire mode with heavy barrel, coyote, green laser, and angled grip, same attachments with M16. However I do like the AN-94 with the same attachments but a muzzle brake on it. I've always preferred burst fire on my weapons and not full auto.

I noticed, that almost all the time (in FPS games) you're using just Iron Sights on weapons, so the question is: Why are you using just Iron Sights? It is rare that you have some optics or just RDS. Btw. thanks for your videos. Your skill is unbelievable.

Just screwing around. I use to run iron sights on the AEK in BF3 because they looked good on it. They don't look that good on the AEK in BF4 but that is just my personal opinion. But yes other than iron sights I'll run RDS/1x sights for any gun that really needs them.

Every single video I've seen from you so far, you were using a weapon without any sight. I know it's all about personal preference but there are not many players, who are using iron sights. Michal Tesař For PS2 I despise the TR 1x sight, the red dot for it is too big. Otherwise I hate spending certs on sights when they don't improve gameplay enough to warrant their cost.

I do not enjoy using the AEK in BF4. But mainly the reason I won't or don't want to use it is because the ranges in which it does have the lowest or one of the lowest TTK ( time to kill ) it becomes pointless to use over other alternatives. Because at those ranges the spread, recoil and visual recoil make landing those required shots a difficult task unless you greatly reduce the amount of bullets being burst fired and when you do that it no longer has that low TTK at those ranges where it beat out other weapons. The AEK in BF4 doesn't fit any playstyle I'm currently running in BF4.
