For the record, the ending where he says the Russians are invading through Alaska isn't a cliffhanger setting up Bad Company 3, it's a reference to the multiplayer... Half of the maps take place in South America while the other half take place in Alaska, they represent both fronts on the Russian invasion of the US homeland - the implication is that the multiplayer and the campaign are linked and B Company was sent to the Alaskan front to fight in maps like White Pass and Port Valdez immediately after the end credits. We don't know who ultimately won the war, but we do know based on the timeline of the maps, and the events of the story, that the Russians suffered some pretty major and critical defeats in their initial invasion, so it's safe to assume they eventually either lost, or had to pull out of US territory.

I guess they realized it'd probably be easier to send them on suicide missions than try to keep them locked up. (And miss July would've stayed with 222nd Battalion, which is why we don't hear her)

EA messed up big time deviating from the formula that they used for this Battlefield. This was hands down the best. and I'll also say, it's kind of funny because the soldiers that made up the Bad Co unit were often considered misfits and fuck ups; while going back to the inception of the CIA, the Office of Strategic Services in WWII were made up majority of misfits, criminals and the like. Wonder if that was the inspiration behind Bad Company.

you mean the 50 cal helicopter shot, A: its not that far, B: even tho the 50 bmg has a tremendous drop off for being one of the biggest anti material rounds, we are only seing from his perspective, maybe he already zeroed in (but ofc it was unlikely as in bad company 2 there is no zeroing for the sigthts, but the bullet drop was minimal a -150. so the Distance point is still strong)B: also he changes position a little bit when we see the over the shoulder shot of the scene and when we see the muzzle´s pov, And C: he is from an overwatch position in a chopper, and i´ve seen this in videogames with sniping fatures, idk about real life if this applis, but for some reason when you are firing perpendicuarly to a target, the bullet drop is even less (As in, as you are firing to the ground diagonally, the vertical pull is less, and bearely noticeable given distance and bullet speed)

oh the tank shell in heavy metal, yeah, tank shells in bc2 work really weird, i think the cannon is zeroed to aim above the firing reticle a little bit, it is really hard to fire in 3rd person because of it, and for some reason its drop dead accurate at 70-100 meters in multiplayer

The overall plot was better in BC2 than BC1 but when I first played this game I was so surprised how serious and no bullshit these guys got compared to the first one (they barely swore at all in the first one and here they're dropping fuck and shit like hotcakes). I liked both games but I had a lot more fun with the BC1's campaign because it was a much funnier and more relaxed.

I said it once for your guy's Doom movie and I'll say it again here. Something about your movies brings me back. However, (and you may not want to read this...) I will say that while you guys are good enough to beat the game, you're not very good at first person shooters. This may be because you want to record the whole game in one or two go's to save up on the recording (which I understand) and therefore miss much of the side content (collecting guns and attachments as in B:BC2). No offense intended of course, and you guys have beaten a lot of games, so props to you!

Yep, I’m playing it now and Haggard sounds and acts like a completely different person, Sweetwater is similar enough to how he acts in the first game, Redford does act the same as the first game and Marlow is also acts pretty similar to how he did in the first game.

Bad Company felt like an experiment, bringing Battlefield 2 into better fidelity, but still felt like BF2. Bad Company 2 was like when DICE REALLY shined and made it into it's own fully fledged standalone series, the level design was beautiful, the set pieces astounding. Why couldn't we have had a Bad Company 3? They left the game on a cliff hanger.
