@PoppingPopcorn9352 In the beta / demo there was lots of bullet drop, but now there isn't much at all. He was using the M24, Type 88 sniper, and the GOL Sniper magnum. Bullets don't kill in 1 hit unless it's to the head, or in hardcore mode.

This guy wowed me, hes not like the common Pr0 kid that run and gun, Quickscope, and turns 360 degrees with sensitivity at '10' when falling from somewhere and getting a headshot at the same time... This guy is a REAL Sniper, Real Tactic. 10/10 Cheers.

@DANGTHATSUCKS if it is above the person, that's because of the gravity. Bullet drop. Or if the crosshair is at the side of the victim is because of the bullet travel speed and the victim is running

the coriolis effect is not gravitational dip - its the rotation of the earth around its axis. so no, anything under a mile is not affected by the coriolis effect. gravity does come into play though.

@Docchinson/albokidnj what is wrong with the reloading mechanism is that after you fire the last round, the (sorry I am not a gun enthusiast) reciever? or something along those lines stays back. You don't have to cock the pistol after the last round is fired but only push on a little button/switch on the side of the gun that holds the upper part of the pistol back so it will slide forward. This will automatically put the first round from the mag down the barrle and you will be ready to fire.

The reason why he aims above his target is that after a certain distance gravity takes effect on the bullet and it starts to descend so if he aimed right at the guy's chest the bullet will fall due to gravity and hit him in the stomach

@Freesubs164 on the game consoles there is a little extra program that can curve the bullet a tiny bit if the aim is just a little off. on PC that bit of programming is not there. its just a little extra thing to make consoles controls a little easier

It's the PS3 Beta that came out last year in November. As you can see in the top right corner it says "BETA." All weapons were unlockable. I only got to unlock a few weapons though, too little time.

helicopters are the true amazingness in this game. on isla me and my MW2 squad decided to go to Bcompany 2 and we went to isla (attackers) and got in the heli. no deaths from anyone in the squad (we let one guy para in and plant while we blasted with minis and snipers from the helicopters :) it was truly epic

@austyn198 noo I don't believe so. the bullet does not travel at the speed of light, so you just have to predict where the target will move. you have to be over 1000 yards away from target for coreolis effect to be noticed, thats what I read.

@IKyLeBaLLz my point was that you can only go so far with "balance" i.e. making a .30 cal bullet and a .50 cal bullet do the same amount of damage. it would be balanced if the .30 was a three chest shot kill, but since its a 2 shot, the .50 HAS to do it one better, and if you talk about balance, if the 50 didn't kill faster than the 30, what would be the use of unlocking it? just for shits and giggles? Plus, snipers have to kill faster cause they give up rate of fire and short range engagement.

@redSHIFT69 A thumbstick is limited to the max sensitivity of the game. You can buy mice with a higher DPI which allows increased movement with a smaller motion of the hand. Hell, you can set it up so that half an inch of movement is a full 360 degree turn. I've seen people jump, rotate, kill the person behind them, turn, and peg another guy in the face before they hit the ground. (not on BBC2) You can lol all you want. Doesn't change the fact that a mouse is a superior piece of hardware.
