Jets suck man. RendeZooks moment was really cool, but the popularity of that influenced the development of future BF games so much. They had to make it so anyone and everyone could have a "Battlefield moment" like RendeZook. And now it's too much mayhem. Pare it back a bit. Good gunplay, realistic but not too much, no need for infinite gunsmith customisation that is impossible to balance and leads to a single stale meta.

Fantastic game, my favorite in the battlefield series. I spent most of my time collecting tags. Loved how you could go through your list and see every gamertag you had. If someone took mine and i couldnt get theirs i would friend request them then join their games and hunt them lol.

This game was my proper intro to Battlefield. I loved how angry all the guns sounded. Remember firing the AEK indoors was like a tinnitus simulator, and this game started my love affair with the REX. Love to see this in 2024!

Bad Company’s campaigns had that linearity without betraying the grandiosity multiplayer provides. I miss the heck out of them. And BC2 still looks so great all these years later! I need to pick this up for PC after originally playing on PS3. Gosh, I was still in high school when that dropped.

I have distinct memories of getting this game at blockbuster and being in awe, I never played a game like it. I remember walking up to a Bradley IFV in multiplayer and thinking it was a really detailed set piece, only to see 'Press [ ] to enter' and being blown away that I could drive the vehicles. I absolutely adored the Oasis map, and jumping across the rooftops. Miss that game so much, it's a shame I can never go back (unfortunately it's not the same on PC nowadays both before the servers died and now on private servers, people with 100,000 hours quickscope kill you so much it ruins a lot of the fun the game had back when we were all dumb kids on console)
