This game had such an amazing flow that the newer Battlefields just can't seem to match. That along with all the small details put into the game, the physics, the sound, the voice-acting ... One of my favourite FPS games of all time.

i liked the way the ammo and med boxes slided when they were thrown out ,i dont like the way they behave in bf4 now , seems they have a magnet that sticks them to the ground instantly.

Wow, that's actually a really good point. There's a lot of subtle stuff about BC2 that makes it look so polished, and now that you mention it, that's definitely one part of it. I wish they would re-implement that.

Recently reinstalled this game again. Oh man, the memories. It was so much fun! One really odd thing I noticed though was that it felt really weird not being able to sidestep while sprinting. So basically, you sprint in a straight line towards whatever you're aiming at, meaning if you want to change direction, even if very slightly, you'll have to aim your mouse instead of tapping a few times on your strafe keys.

I love how in BFBC2 hipfires has almost no diference with aiming at close range.almost gun stats were so simple back then and everyone love it.starting in BF3 DICE complicated everything which maybe good for variety but almost pointless.since people gonna use guns that totally kickass. in BFBC2 no guns stand out as the best.everygun is unique and fun to use
