Eazy I had thought about a lightsaber Palpatine being in the game and basically came up with him having a single lightsaber at first then his middle ability draws his second and buffs him with things like damage, range, attack speed etc for the duration (like Dooku’s duellist in essence), his left ability could be like his dual upward slash that’d hit all enemies in front of him and break blocks then his right ability could be his spin lightsaber attack with the autistic scream every time he does it; it would track enemies so would be used as a gap closer. He’d look like how he does in the clone wars fight against maul. Idk just a rough idea

While they have done skins that have no basis in canon or lore, there’s not really much you can do with Vader other than put damage on him. Maybe the broken helmet from his duel on Malachor, and then have his voice lines done with both the Anakin and Vader voices like on Rebels, but that’s basically it without making something up. Imagine if they done a battle damaged Vader, where it is his skin from Rebels, where his mask is damaged and you can see his eye. Imagine if the add more battle damage to his suit and then record new voice lines that sound more like Anakin like he did in the episode, and he is always breathing as if he is dying like at the end of ROTJ. 80K credits for that would be worth it.

I've been really hoping they would add that new TROS look for Papa Palps, so this is great news. I know it's a long shot, but maybe Vader with damage on his helmet that reveals his eye (which Ahsoka did in Rebels), and his voice would be mixed with Matt Lanter's.

It´s good and refreshing to finally get some more villians-skins. I kinda was hoping for a battledamaged Vader and a CW Maul, but I´m happy with the options they went with. Guess the Rebels version of Maul´s legs was easier to design (idk). Guess either Endor or Bespin Luke could be for light side, maybe a Obi-Wan, but I´m not sure. Hopefully they´ll release the update in April, cannot wait any longer.

But if it's only that exact Maul skin coming out, that's not what I was hoping for, or even expecting. I mean I would have been fine if it was Maul from Malachore in season 2 of Rebels or from Solo or literally any clone wars skin but one where he just has a sleeveless grey vest that makes him look like a bland worker or prisoner, is kinda lame and I actually might not even buy it. A Maul appearance was the 2nd most thing I was hyped for after the arrival of Scariff and was the hero I wanted a skin for the most since day 1 but I honestly think I'm just going to stick with his apprentice skin if that's the only other option. So not too happy again. Hope I'm wrong though
