In the vanilla (Not modified) TABS in this case the summoned unit won't count as a unit (One exception being the unit created by Elf, but it still usually doesn't count), and if that's not enough, then there's another proof that this should not count as a loss for Super Boxer: He duels the unit itself, not the summonables. If for example a Crow made by Scarecrow survived, but Super Boxer and Scarecrow didn't, the victory would go to Scarecrow in any case and in every scenario, so yes, the summon abilities should not count.
