I have a question for you, why are his shots this color and I have the same ship and it doesn't come out the same color? I've seen several ships that have this red shot, but when I buy the same ship, its shot remains the same white color as always.

Hi Alex, if I understand correctly, the white color is AP (2) and the red-orange color is HE (1). You can ask me again if you don't understand me.

Because He use premium commanders, you can buy it in the shop with coals, but some of them only available in an event and you must completed the event first

It’s because he has Nikolai Kuznetsov selected as commander of the ship. He’s a premium commander available for i think 175k coal in the armory
