I don't get it. How come every rocket strike hit when the entire reticle was off the enemy ship. I see it in all replays with the planes. Does anyone knows how this works?

The rockets come in at an angle, so by aiming *behind* the ship they hit the upper section, which is the lightly armoured superstructure for full damage, instead of hitting the lower hull and doing little damage

@@IJN_Asashio When I try to aim like he does in the replay all my rockets just miss/shoot over enemy ship into the water. It is that this aim works with certain rocket planes but not all?

Any answer other than replay bug is wrong. It messes with the reticle, and what you see isn't where he is aiming, it's slightly ahead.
