So great to see her afloat again. What incredible history.

Music? Sound track? Did you see the phenomenal job these tug boats and their crews did? EXCELLENT work by these crews, simply excellent. At 3:01 you can see a great shot of 3 tugs working hard. 3:34 tug actually gets tossed around sideways and out of the water. 4:30 Shows the Bill Spence tug position herself at the stern of the Texas. 4:37 Shows another tug come in at a good clip "just in case"?. My hats off to the Bill Spence tug and her awesome crew. 4:13 As the Bill Spence tug pushes forward on the Texas's stern, she angles herself pointed towards the bow of the Texas and gives about 3 or 4 forward punches (gentle?) to get the Texas's stern away from the dock. In addition the way the captain has angled the Bill Spence tug, had the Texas gotten away and moved towards the dock....it appears the Bill Spence would have placed herself between the dock and the Texas. Either by accident or by design. What an amazing bunch of tugs and crews that handled the Texas. Alot more tugs that where not on camera view as well. Impressive video Harbor Watch, great catch.

The fog is the perfect backdrop to show her silhouette and muscle.

_An old ship from wars passed... Texas fades away into the fog..._ A great sight to see. Her guns no longer fire shells, but her legacy still lives on. The USS Texas... I salute you

It is way too bad that she'll never be fully restored to operate under her own steam again of feel the thunder of her main batteries being fired She is a true monster of the seas from WWI BTW all the battleships need to be fully restored that way too

Your "musical" soundtrack is annoying. With all of the great Texas songs out there, it is a shame that you could not come up with anything else. My suggestions are: Galveston, The Yellow Rose of Texas or The Eyes of Texas. Anyone else have any suggestions?

I don't disagree with you. I picked something that was closest to the length I needed and was copyright free in the KZbin library so I don't have to pay to use it. Does it help that the song is called Nine Lives, which may in fact describe the Texas. Yes, she is deserving of a much better song.

Been better off with just ambient sound of the event. That tune was so annoying I could even watch it.

@@harborwatch9147I think I would have picked something more cinematic. A jeep, a drone, and old man (a well known local channel on the battleship) is great at finding songs like that. My favorite that he’s used is the one he used when he got a one of a kind shot of the Texas when they towed her into dry dock

Here’s an idea, Just be grateful for someone’s efforts. These critics never ever seem to be producing flawless cinema quality examples themselves have you noticed? If you don’t like the music just turn the bloody sound down, this person is not charging you to watch this so wind your necks in and celebrate a great ship being back afloat. Thank you for doing this video 🤘😎🤘🇬🇧
