Battlestar Galactica - When Fates Collide (HD Version)

Hi all,
A lot of people have been asking for a HD upload of this video. Unfortunately, this is the best quality I could do with the materials I had. Almost all of my old BSG files are corrupt. I had hoped to remake this montage and include the later part of season 4 and replace some of the poorer edited parts of the original video but that now looks unlikely.
I'm recommending Stargate Universe for BSG fans (starts off poor, but s1 finishes in epic style). Other shows I've taken to vidding that I highly recommend are: Fringe, Sea Patrol and Rush.
I hope some of you will stick with me through my transition to vidding different shows, but even if you don't, thanks for giving me a fun time on KZbin :)

before I had a wife, before I had children, 2011, somewhere in there, was in love with BSG, and this video made it better. shared it with kiddos in social services, shared it with co-workers, shared it with friends. @BlackDragonSword09 Heya, I actually use something called Pinnacle Studio 14; it's not as good as Vegas, but it's what I learnt to edit on and I've not managed to get my head around Sony Vegas yet. It's certainly very easy to just pick up and use.

@finalfrontier1701 Agreed. It has received a lot of hate from SG1 and SGA fans because it doesn't feel like a Stargate show, but I think that's a good thing. The darker storyline and character flaws make it far more entertaining in my opinion. Don't get me wrong, I loved the other Stargates, but I love this version the most. Now if only they can make Chloe useful. Greer scares me, I'd hate to be stuck on a ship with him.

@dwain1771 Hey dwain, thanks for saying so! As for SGU, yeah, it was very flat until probably the last third of season 1, then it just got awesome and finished with the best cliffhanger of any show in 2010 in my opinion. It's dark in a way that resembles BSG (not as good as BSG) but you still feel that grim vibe that makes the show and the characters interesting. If you do check it out, you'll have to let me know what you think.

I dunno though, Smallville S6 had a good cliffhanger too ;) But seeing as how your a die hard BSG fan, I'm sure this will blow it outta the water. What did you think of Caprica? I thought the mid-season finale was full of "WTF are you thinking writers?" moments, and ruined what could have been epic...

@dwain1771 Heya, I've never managed to sit through a whole episode of Caprica, so don't know much about it. I really wanted to like that show, but it's never gripped me. Maybe it'll be one of those shows I get into late, I was late with BSG, I think it was episode 1x11 that actually hooked me.
