Those "Hellcats" look a lot like Wildcats. Placeholder model?

Yeah. Currently all new units use vanilla models like the hellcat using the wildcat model and the HMAS Perth using the Cleveland model(plan on showing her off soon). Eventually I would like them to all use unique new models but the issue is the process of importing models doesn’t work for midway as it does for pacific. Axis himself has been trying to import some but has been having difficulties. The only ones who I know that have successfully imported new models were Midway modders with the kingfisher and HRVSolider. HRV had to create all new tools though.

Hello. I extracted the mod with WinRar as you and the other guy said but I can't find scripts folder. I'm using a disk version if it matters. Apologies if I'm stupid and it's staring me in the face.

Scripts should be in the main directory. Should be the same for disk. Assuming you have BSmodHQ 1.0 as well it should be below readme and above shaders

Short answer: I don’t know unfortunately Long answer: for the most part I am a one man team. Axis has helped a bit when he has been able to but otherwise I’m on my own. For now I am waiting for the new update for BSmodHQ for Midway to release as that should fix some issues I’ve been having. I am hoping to get a multiplayer pvp balance test up this year for cape engano but I’ve run into some very interesting bugs. Once BSmodHQ 1.1/2.0 releases Axis should be available to help out more so I’ll be able to knock things out more. My plan is to get skirmish and multiplayer maps done by the end of this year and by next year to have all missions and hopefully models and textures done. If everything goes as planned then maybe in the next 2-3 years 2.0 should be ready for release but I guarantee nothing at this point in time.

@someon3631 I’m currently in the process of getting things setup for a team. Been taking longer than expected mainly due to limited time atm. Once I have everything setup and finalized I will do a post inviting everyone that wants to and has the necessary skills to help to join. I hope to have that done by this spring

2.0 is not in a release ready state. There are many issues that need fixing even if I was to do a demo of sorts. Once BSmodHQ 1.1 is released a lot more work can be done on Overhaul.

Depends. If BSmodHQ 1.1 releases sometime next year then the mission side of things should be done within a year hopefully. Then models will come next though I’m hoping that doesn’t take too long, then new functions and features. I’m hoping for a release date no later than 2026.
