📍Battlestations Pacific Remastered Mod: Kantai Kessen Campaign - #20 Invasion Of San Francisco

Finally, gentlemen, we have reached the end of the Japanese campaign, Invasion Of São Francisco! I really enjoyed this last mission, very challenging in addition to this incredible map! I apologize for the ending, the game closed just as the Iowa BB is destroyed. Now we will see the German campaign and bonus mission.

This is why I love Battlestations: Pacific. The games provides a solid foundation for building upon with its basic mechanics that can be built upon, despite the terrible programming of its engine. It's such a shame that the development studio shut down, as there were so many ways the franchise could have grown. I hope that some other development studio gets their hands on the IP, and makes a game like this mod, because these mods show just how much potential this niche type of game has.

Agreed. Maybe if someone were to make another game in this series, or something like it, they could make a dynamic campaign, which would encourage you to keep as many ships alive during a mission as you can. Or, to me, this might work well with a landbased setting too. For example, deploying Panzers to break through the maginot line and setting a squadron of Stukas to soften the bunkers up.

@@qd7260 When Ultimate Admiral: Dreadnoughts fully releases, it's campaign may be close to what you're suggesting. A cross between the overall strategy of that game, blended with the arcade-like combat of Battlestations, should compliment each-other very well indeed.

Runsva did, the land was imported, Runs grabbed the 3d model for the land and model for the buildings then imported into BSP using the same process as ships and planes.

Man just trying this mission on regular, Iowa and Enterprise has 2x healing speed and their AA and fighters fire more accutately. As If I'm playing on Veteran. Imagine playing this on veteran

The best one yet, well done! More entertaining with your units taking damage this time. Could I suggest going back to some of the older ships, perhaps some light cruisers and destroyers taking on an older battleship. Will only a few aircraft involved? Looking forward to whatever you come up with though!

actually this was my editing job, because i tried to do everything to have audio in the scenes, without success, so my idea was to download all the game scenes and in the editing i put it.

The entire ijn fleer would of been here and if they were going for san Francisco uss colorado and maryland would of been the first line of defence most likely would of been sunk but at great cost for the japanes. The us public would of been extremely angry. Mean while in congress people were thinking on making peace with japan. Other would of said lets give them hell and milatary spending would of gone thro the sky.

I actually did it with the A-150 , however , i lost two carriers because i didnt expect the last objective and placed them to close to iowas spawn. I did it with the A-150 and the cruisers , Iowa also sank all of my destoyers , The cruisers torpedoed the Iowa while my A-150 blew up its magazine. i Actually defeated enterprise with my last Torpedo bombers.
