Pardon the double comment, but I wanted to note that the lit up table shown was created entirely by community member Vergotterung, who is a good friend and incredibly talented painter! He's done a huge number of visually impressive Hextech builds!

It'd be expensive but I would love to buy 6 sets of the Binary towers. Picture this: With 6 sets you could use the taller tower and 6 long skyways to make a huge hex shaped building formation. You would have to modify 1 side of the buildings for the skyway mount but it would look awesome! Great video guys.

I just ordered the Command Centre. I love all the modular connectors and expansions. The paint jobs right out of the box looks great.

I have nothing but respect for Thunderhead Studio..! Their buildings are awesome, my favorites are from the Efficient Downtown series. Not only are the STLs offered for free, they are functional dice containers too.

I'm going to go to the poor house with all of this cool stuff coming out lately for Battletech. I have some of the previous Hextech buildings and they are top-notch quality. Very sturdy for transport and all that jazz. Master Po approved!

Just a heads up, if something is currently in print with GaleForce 9 there is a fair certainty Thunderhead can't sell the STL as part of their agreement with GaleForce 9

This has, in fact, recently been rescinded. There are no longer any restrictions on STL sales!

Thanks for the review, boys! I love the enthusiasm for all the silly little design features! I'd like to note something about the Megablock that a lot of people miss; that the roof details form a series of hexes that match the grid beneath, so it's possible to keep track of which hex your model is in while on top of the structure!

just recently got the justice tower and one of the other two-packs. was suprised at how solid/weighty they are. i play on hexes, mainly the neoprene mats - also had the instinct to use some poster tack to hold them on the hex bases without wanting to get glue on the nice "exfoliating" felt lol. Seemed to work great - excited to try em out!

Nice review, great terrain. And plays very well on the table. Follow up a traditional city block in say Chicago is roughly 100 meters by 200 meters. New York 80 meters by 274 meters. So the big building is a "city block"

Have two out of the 3 buildings from the new wave. Missing binary tower. The new designs are really nice though probably will have to get a pair of binaries and tri's

You can't 3D print the luxurious felt, but you can trace the base and cut and glue your own. I am glad they are releasing the STLs.

I've got a lot of the Hextech bits and have been very happy with them so far. Will skip the Tri towers but already have the Binary Towers, Megablock and 2nd Atlean Steppes box. GF9 demoed some upcoming stuff at Adepticon and I like the look of the mech bays/walls/industrial stuff. I was hoping they'd do the forward base that Thunderhead have that matches the base on one of the official but I might have to pay someone to print that for me...

NIce stuff, it'd be nice if it expanded to something other than office blocks. Industrial terrain or even turrets, mechbays etc.. but very nice nonetheless.
