Third Star League Striker Pack: Jackalope, Havoc, Hammerhead, Kintaro and Lament. GCL has been struggling to put these forcepacks out as scheduled, but with some luck it could still drop somewhere in late fall/early winter.

That Thunderbolt looks amazing! If that is indeed one of the variants belonging to the Project Phoenix versions, I am happy they are staying primarily with the classic look with some visual tweaks rather than a full design overhaul (again). - My goodness that Falconer and Helios looked so good!

Looking forward to the Second Star League pack, though as much as I love it, I still think they fumbled the Emperor, the arm cannons still seem comedically large and stubby, less like an LB-10X and more like a pair of assault-class cement mixers. Better than the original metal mini tho, but not as nice as the newer IWM emperor based off of the art for the Primitive variant

I'm extremely wary of prepaints, unless same new molds will be available unpainted as well. Otherwise it is going to be quite a lot of paint stripping. Factory paint may not be as easy to remove as someone's own mispaints.

It took the Clan Invasion kickstarter months to ship everything out, and that was after over a year of delays. The Mercenaries kickstarter shipped on time and has shipped 50% of North America's stuff after nearly 2 months, despite having about twice as many backers as the CI kickstarter. I get that people are impatient, and want their stuff, I myself am still waiting for my pledge, but I don't get why people are complaining about how long it's taking considering the huge scale of the campaign and the rate at which things are shipping.

I used to work in logistics, or rather, I was responsible for seeing rollouts of a ton of product for various clients. While I'm not saying it's bad, it definitely feels slow, especially with my experience in my previous occupation. Sure, there are reasons for it. It probably has way more to do with the number of skus, rather than the number of people, as it makes the picking process slower, 100%. I'm not telling people to yell and bawl over it, but I think I was pretty meek in my criticisms.

I really wish they would stop doing pre-paints, or if they insist upon it, only pre-paint new variants/poses of mechs which already have an unpainted version. So excited about that Emperor though

90% Isopropyl Alcohol is great for removing paint from Miniatures. It can be found with nail polish, or the Hygiene section of most stores. Becareful though, it is very caustic you may melt the miniature a little bit, so Don't let it soak for longer than an hour.

Oh I know. But stripping is rarely completely perfect even when done well. I'd rather just *not* have prepaints ever. It wastes my time, which I don't have a lot of.

@@BigRed40TECH Rest of the world ;-) So an additional not insignificant ransom for shipping well before cut off dates when no shipping appears imminent. I think a lot of this could be alleviated with better and more regular communication (perhaps updates every 2 weeks on how many shipped/how many to go) - but the long radio silences are deafening.
