I am so happy that this exists.You're awesome. Best track in the game, and easily the hardest level to go along with it. I've messed up in this level so much that it is now physically painful for me to watch someone mistime their D-pad input just a little and slow down for the rat to catch up.

You simply had to press the D-pad in the direction of the track. Mistiming it or pressing the wrong direction slows you down. If done well, the player makes gains over the rat on corners while the rat slowly catches up on long stretches. It's not too hard but there are no checkpoints if you mess up.
