@George Washington Entertainment I don't think Dark Souls is overrated, what makes it special is the fact that it is 99% of the time difficult but FAIR and that way you almost never get frustrated While games like Battletoads and Ninja Gaiden sacrifice fairness for the sake of making it feel more difficult (like making you loose progress, which is not difficult, is bullshit)

Metalizer. I just completed battletoads Battlemaniacs a couple of weeks back. Playing the old school way. It took me a solid week to complete playing 6 hours+ a day! After I get about 14 and got some experience playing different games I returned to battletoads and managed to finish rat race level. But generally I was so exhausted after it and psychologically destroyed that I quickly gave up on next level. It was a feeling those levels will never ends and they will be even harder. I didn't now about tunnels thought. Except at the start of the game and at the and of turbo channel level. The first one I never used because on the next level there was an opportunity to earn a lot of lifes by hitting ravens. I was able to get from 10 to 20. It was in no internet era. That was a thing of beauty to watch. The Ice Caverns stage was simply insane how you were able to dodge every single snowball, ice block, and spike. You had some crazy warp in the Turbo Tunnel that I'd never seen before, you knew every turn of the Speeder Bike stage, and you knew where every platform was in the revolving tower. There are some games where I feel like if I practiced them enough, I might be able to get close to the world record--Super Mario Bros. for example--but my jaw just hit the floor for this one.

That is a glitch that was first featured in the Tool Assisted Speedrun but in 2014 a speedrunner JC583 successfully did that trick in real time "conosole" and since then we implemented it in the speedruns since it save the whole TurboTunnel bike section. Here it is a little explanation about the trick: "If you die on the bike before crossing the first checkpoint, it puts you back at the beginning of the level with the bike, which puts the game in a weird state. If you drive the bike off the stage and hit a specific set of inputs on the controller, it triggers the level ending flag and you immediately complete the level."

Brilliantly executed, sir! No estoy jugando. I think the best time possible, based on your run, would be 12:43, rounding down mechanics. I honestly don't expect anyone to take your title away for bare minimum the next 5 years. And none of that estimate includes scheduled mechanics. You're gonna hold this record for a while sir. Que tenga buenos noches, amigo. Bien hecho!

@Shellmit6 жыл бұрын
Shellmit Zarkon
