I can't believe I beat this guy without Mira's robes. Instead I used the black fang helmet, the draconyx gear, magmischief wand, and the duelist boots. Took me a lot of tries, but I was able to beat this guy with only ONE astral spell. And that's starbit. I used Gryphroom and Riptide to my advantage.

Actually Mira's robes are better than the puppet master's robes Mira's have a bonus of 348 while the puppet master's have 320 Prodigy just hasn't updated the stats in your inventory yet but the new stats will show in the shops

Haha! It can be tricky. I think the Archivist's Weapon is the best weapon to use against the Puppet Master. If you have the Ancient Astral Relic, equip that. For pets you want them to take a lickin' and keep on tickin' so go for high health. And, best armor you have should be Mira's armor set. Then go after him! Whenever he steals your pet only hit him and you should be good. Let me know if you need more help! :-)

Check out the spells on the wands. The triple shot for astral wands has an excellent chance of hitting, so those are very good. I enjoy using the Archivist Weapon against the Puppet Master. It has Starfall and a power bonus of 30. I hope this helps!
