Can an iRacing fellow explain to me why Jarnos all time best lap is almost 1 second faster than what he does in quali? I don't get it. Is it track usage and so on?

Someone answered this in the previous video, and I think this is the same scenario: this is the fixed setup series, whereas his fastest setup is in the open series. I may be wrong though.

Delta is set to the fastest lap, and the fastest lap was done with ERS but in quali you cant use ERS therefore your slower. Jarno races in Watkins Glen because in iRacing the track for the Week is always random, this week its Watkins glen, next week maybe Road Atlanta, next week its Fuji and so on…
