I've had to get off opiates more than once and when I see them alone with their blankets going through that agony, I physically feel the chills and nausea which makes the hook even better. It's not often that you can physically feel a song like this. Man Madchild's verse was great, I can relate aside from the 10 million. I only spent like 200k over a few years, but pissing in pop bottles, mental breakdown in an airport (going through really bad alcohol withdrawal waiting for a plane home from Vegas -- I missed my original flight and lost my CC bc I was f'd up the entire time I was on the trip and, had to get my family to buy me a new ticket and send me some money over Western Union - of course, I used that at an airport bar on drinks to stave off the withdrawal), overweight, my dog was my main fam - I can relate, but I can only imagine how bad it would be draining 10 mil on that shit.
