Thank you. I have the same adapter in my 2005 W211 E350. I tried for several years to pair it, unsuccessfully--then I gave up. I searched and downloaded this adapter's instructions which were no real help. The 16-digit number would flash up on the speedometer's LCD screen and then disappear quickly. I was only able to use the adapter for telephony if I purchased a pre-paid SIM card and inserted it into the adapter device's SIM slot. I was attempting Bluetooth pairing with a common iPhone. Will give it another go after watching this.

I've had a reply from you and it sent me here to reply ...Thankyou for your help so far, I've Paired the SAMSUNG A20s to the Car ok... I've git Bluetooth connection offer with a 6 digit Passkey... YOU SAY enter digits into the phone...?? You then display a Magic keypad below the Passkey?? I Dont have that.. I cannot figure out where to input the Passkey tried for 4 hours already....I am stumped at this point. Thanx for your help .🙏

При първия начин, който показваш, долу пише not connected. На мен също ми е така и реално телефонът не е свързан. Смисъл на мен целта ми е да мога да звъня и да приемам обаждания. Или ако искам да се обаждам и да приемам обаждания, ще ми трябва такъв адаптор?

Ако искаш да звъниш и приемаш обаждани ще трябва да си купиш такъв или подобен адаптор .Има и други модели.

@@leshnikaa , аз съм извън БГ до 30 Юни. След това може да ми пишеш и да поговорим, ако до тогава не си решил проблема. По принцип, ако в колата имаш оригинално място където да си включиш блутут адаптора , би трябвало да нямаш проблеми.

Restart your phone and try again. You can try with another phone as well. Some old phone models are not compatible. I had the same issue with 2017 Lenovo phone.

Simple. If your radio is original and if you have the original conection for your bluetooth adaptor located in the glove box between the front seats then everything shoul be OK.

@@batzorogeo yes Mate exactly I have it, any adapter MB will be working with radio,or must be the same as you have in the video with these numbers? When I press Service on radio I don’t see Bluetooth option only system and address book.

@@mulek157 if you are able to connect the device any Bluetooth adapter will work . If you have UHI connector, cradle install port inside the armrest compartment means that your Navigation is build for Bluetooth adapter.

I don’t have one I purchased the car 2 weeks ago, I started to research how to connect the phone and saw your video, I found Bluetooth adapter to purchase but haven’t yet, I followed your instructions and on the first step you on the screen and the option to press the button for Bluetooth it’s there but your car had it. I know I couldn’t finish the process but just wanted to follow the first step and couldn’t

Check the Android settings for any restrictions in conjuction with the blue tooth services. I haven't had that kind of issues reported before.

To be honest I have never tried to connect Iphone to the MB navigation system. You should try to connect Android phone first and see if everything is working good. If the Android phone gets connected then the issue could be in the Iphone. Ipnone is very advanced system and this is why isn't get connected with the old MB system.

Try to connect few more times following the instruction. I had the same issues with some of the Android phones but at the end I was able to connect.

Unfortunately thus is not possible. Check in the glove box for a female 3.5 jack connection. If you have one then you need to buy male 3.5 cabel and connect to your headphones port on your mobile phone. Once connected you gona have to press AUX knob on Comand.

Many people has successfully conected their phones and adaptors, means that the instruction is OK. Maybe is worted to try with another phone? Some times the Navigation does not tecognise some particular phones. Try to restart your phone as well. If you have any other phones registered to the Navigation try to remove them and try again.

Понякога на по-стари модели телефони или не става или е много трудно да се свържеш. Пробвай от начало с друг телефон. Премахни от навигацията всички телефони, на които си разрешил да се включат до момента и пробвай от начало.
