The tank is made by "hand laminating" which allows the formation of the special heart shape design of the tank which is responsible for its excellent road and field stability due to the low centre of gravity.
Another advantage is the possibility to form the tank wall according to requirements: thicker wall for supporting parts and reinforced wheel rims, thinner wall upwards, on top and of lid, this ensures a lower weight than an equivalent steel tanker.
The particularly smooth "GELCOAT coating" of the tank protects the resin and the fibreglass mats from UV radiation and makes cleaning an easy task. The tank surface remains smooth and resistant to corrosive/abrasive slurry such as biogas digestate.
