Hey Trevor another question: How does your arm feel after a start? Tight? Sore? How many days does this last and what do you do between starts to take care of any discomfort you might have? I threw about 30 pitches a few days ago and I don't feel sore or injured, just a little stiff still. Threw almost all fastballs and cutters (I LOVE your cutter, so sick when I throw it right) Thanks again!
