I'm not big fan of ignite unless i playing a oneshoot build/champ. Like Renekton Bork maxing W. On ranged champs like Teemo i value more barrier or ghost cuz they are DPS champs, specially Teemo with Nashors. The barrier usually gives you more dmg than the ignite (the extra time you get alive you deal more dmg with basics thsn with ignite). Against Melees ghost is better and also scales much better in late game.

Tp grasp teemo is underrated, trades early game for mid and if you can win mid game, lste is easy.

Not seeing full ap shroom teemo is painful. Havent played in years so dont bother arguing. Full cdr for that 4 second blind, sub 10 second W and shroom spam. Not sure if viable in this season
