Kuya Bimbo, pag gusto mo ng pinoy fried rice, put 50%basmati at 50% jasmine. Hindi sya sticky but lasang pinoy. Yung Indian food, marami na sa Pinas especially Makati. May groceries doon. May fresh milk din sa atin but sa mall.

@shamasolanki4699 Yes. It works well. Jasmine rice alone makes the fried rice clumpy, sticky and too soft. Basmati alone, it makes the rice too loose and a bit hard. Mix both together and you get the right consistency.
