You guys need to be deliberate and how you communicate to your base to win power.

Dr. Bawumia you need to retool your communication to achieve good results. You guys are not strategic and you don't know how to do good politics. You guys don't. Why commisison and pilot this only in Accra when you are few days away to a general election? When all the polls show that you are going to lose in Accra. You guys forget that to be able to implement political policies, you first need political power. Thus, you look to your base when you have to take certain political decisions. At this juncture, what prevented you guys from sending 5 of these buses to Kumasi to commission and do the pilot there for symbolic reasons? It is true national cake should be shared fairly but sometimes you guys need to think outside the box. Now, every ndc person is campaigning in Kumasi and all thru Ashanti region so didn't you guys give any thought about say let's do something in our stronghold to cement our interest and route to breaking the 8. You think only of Accra and next time when you are out of power, you will see where real power lies.

Very good observation. But Bawumia will win this elections. Part of this will move to Kumasi next week.

@@augustinewiafe1125 We all know it is a pilot and what happens if they are not in power after the pilot??? Will they be able to roll out the entire programme across the country if they are in opposition? They need to be very smart. We all saw what happened to the initial train test.

Why don’t even send at least 15 to Great Kumasi especially so when the ndc is currently fighting tooth and nail to name a big impact in the Ashanti region. Please don’t play with our Ashanti region where the air is so pure and inviting.’

@@idrissagouba962 The booklong is too much in NPP. That's why of all the major achievements by this Nana Addo's govt people still say he has not done anything. Because they do not know how to communicate effectively.
