there are ex royal servants who live in the park keepers cottage and they have a life off hell from the neds and junkies , the railings were taken away during the war and replaced about ten year ago . Dundee City Council are wonderfull at putting things back to yesteryear condition and a cancer to the city with overstaffing. less housing staff in the 70's to look after 3 times more housing stock . The repairs section is a cancer aswell over staffed and costly.soon to be ghostown Dundee

I think their life of hell is a bit exaggerated. The ex servants complained about everything & everyone. They thought they owned the Park.
