Parents should be held accountable in some way. I like to know what the parents think about their child's behavior. Do they think this is ok? Did you raise them this way? Did you know they were doing this kind of activity ask them these questions in court?

I remember when they had a raceway in Fremont. People could take their cars there and race on Friday's and Saturday. Cost like $7.00. It was a blast. Also cruising on first street. Everyone was cool even the cops. They need a place to do them.

So create a space for them to do sideshows? It can't be equated to skateboarding. Sideshows tend to have stole vehicles, weapons etc. So will they check to see if the car is registered to the driver or to see if everyone in the car is of age? The other problem is it damages the streets by leaving debris and tire marks. Sideshows should be illegal and just prosecute the participants and observers of them. Fine them and use that money to pay for the cost of policing, courts and clean up. Have the convicted do their 3 year probation cleaning up the streets.
