Awesome project do have one question for you though what keeps the water from running down in your-seams and getting underneath the metal and rotting out the wood! we couldn’t see that you put anything over the top of the seams in your metal or what was it for sure thank you

Good question. There are 2 short seams. I put a bead of silicone on the underlap, applied the overlap, then also put another bead of clear silicone on the seam. Thanks for watching!

@@MT_Homes That is awesome! We're doing some remodeling now and we put in a big bay window and I have been contemplating doing what you all did. It looks so beautiful! We just finished making and installing log cabin siding on the house, so I think using that stuff that you did in certain areas would look great with the siding. So, thank you for your video! 😊
