9:20 this officer is incorrect about needing a CDL for this vehicle. IRL a CDL class B is required if the vehicle total capacity is 26001 or more, 3-axles, or a bus. Or a CDL class C is needed if hauling hazmat that requires placards.

Depends on how much the truck weighs too lol , 26k is the limit for non cdl and if the gvwr is under 26k atleast in Minnesota you don’t need an air break qualification so it would be cool if they did like a commercial vehicle enforcement and went through all that stuff with the corresponding laws per state

Actually that would put UHAUL out of business if everyone had to have a CDL to drive a box truck. The rule is 26000 Gvwr has to have a CDL anything under 25999 you do not need anything but a normal drivers license. I am pretty sure that goes with UPS, FedEx, Penske and UHaul.

You should do like a drag truck blowing fire mod with it pulling a trailer and try to act normal at first acting like your boss said you were going to slow so made the truck go faster . It’s cool that this is a gameplay. I would’ve argue that guy up and down In real life, you do not need a CDL to drive a 16 foot box van unless the company requires you to have a CDL. If it was a 26 foot or longer then you will need a CDL because you have intentions on hauling more than 10,000 pounds. That van can’t be no more than 16 feet.

BTW for something like a Mule you probably don't need a CDL. You only need a CDL if the GVW(Gross Vehicle Weight) is 26,001 pounds or more.
