This game was live - anyway in Denmark -remember it quite clear. When Dalglish was nasty tackled by a german they have to replace him and on the pitch came a wonderful guy - but the danish commentator did'nt know about him and it took more than 1 minute before he was sure who he was - Howad Gayle, who played the germans as has he never done any thing else in his career :-) wonderful performance :-)) it was his debut in the red shirt.

No offence against Englad - very strong teams through the years. But Bayern Munich lost three Champions League finals against English teams (Aston Villa, ManU 1999, Chelsea 2012) where Bayern was the much better team. So big compensation for lost penalty shootings against Germany in EUROs and World Cups. Greetings from Germany.

i was there that night in munich,magic magic fantastic moments in liverpools history i remember paul breitner mouthing of after the 0-0 in the first leg that liverpool are out and so on........ nights like these is what its all about

Bayern München war sich damals nach dem Hinspiel in Liverpool ( 0:0 ) viel zu sicher ......

Es war nicht dass die Bayer schwach waren, sondern dass Liverpool zu stark für Bayern waren.
