Oh lord this is one of THOSE tracks. You hate time trialing it, but overall it’s still a good track. I feel the same. I STRUGGLED to beat the 200cc staff ghost (unsurprisingly) so I took this into 200 and it actually kinda worked well. I beat it!

I will not accept sink slander, this is by far the best-driving track of wave 5. I'm glad you figured that out in the end :P Technical precision (NOT inconsistency) is the best thing a track can have

2:47 I swear no matter how many times I try I can’t get a golden mini turbo. I know you’re supposed to soft drift, but it’s never enough. I get it maybe 1 in 10 tries. And then getting the right hop into right drift too?! Yeah basically never. This course is insane, I literally can’t do it 😭

Man i was so disappointed when I found out you didn't have time trial vids for wave 3,4,5 and I guess 6 when it first comes out but then I found the Baysic training vids and felt so dumb cause I used the Baysic training for 200cc ghost house(forgot what it was called, it's in the og nitros. Banana cup 8 think)

Oh yeah haha I don’t really have a lot for 200 unfortunately. Was going to actually put tutorials for those as well but then DLC dropped and pretty much put a damper on those plans

Despite its absolute brutal difficulty, still love the course. Though overall im a sucker for things that are overwhelmingly hard. That being said, are their any harder courses (or ones as hard as) this one to time trial as far as execution/precision?

I think Shy Guy Falls for the ending NISC, Cheese Land for the low traction and uneven terrain and the NISCs, and DK Jungle and Wario Stadium for being some of the most technical tracks. This is in no way a complete list because there's so many difficult strats and inconsistent tracks in this game, lol, you could add at least a dozen more. Personally, Mushroom Gorge was one of the hardest for me because of the difficult gap jump in addition to a ton of my tricks dropping randomly, and that wasn't even including the multiple superbounces on the track.

Hmmm meester gave some good examples, but I wouldn’t say that cheese land or wario are as hard to learn as squeaky clean even though they are more technically challenging As in yea they’re technical but the strats aren’t too hard to figure out. Excite bike on the other hand is both technical AND hard to execute even if you know what you’re supposed to be doing

​I forgot about Excitebike arena but re-looking at the WR for it yea I can already tell. Doesnt seem as hard as Squeaky Clean Sprint in the sense that it wont kill your runs immediately (maybe) but as far as optimization goes yea Excite seems pretty brutal. I also can vouch for mushroom gorge solely because of the 2 green mushrooms not working half the time, alongside what you said regarding the superbounces + ending cut......I uh, dont like it at all and unlike Squeaky Clean Sprint, not fun to time trial

This one was a easier track in time trials for me. The Nintendo ghost is extremely easy, especially in 200

Can you explain what you are doing in the bathtub from the sponges down to the drain and why?

Just drifting off the sponges and holding it to build an ultra mini turbo while going into the drain. I haven’t done extensive testing, but it must be faster than alternative strats haha
