Arkansas has more money than than 95% of the programs, they just haven’t invested as much in previous years. Now that NIL is ruining basketball they will get top recruits. People think it’s a country shithole. One of the best venues in college basketball. NW Arkansas has Tyson , JBHunt, Walmart, Warren Stephens, Jerry Jones . The money is there.
