Bayonetta 2 - Chapter II Pure Platinum (Hard Mode with Bayonetta Love is Blue Only)

I'll try using Love is Blue more on Bayonetta..
Their still pretty good and they have more flexible combos, but their significantly weaker than Scarborough Fair in Umbran Climax and the PKP is slower. It's more noticeable on ∞ Climax. Scarborough Fair are much more effective against humanoid bosses, PKP fires more shots and the Wicked Weave is quicker.
Arwing Blasters are weird, I actually don't like using them. The stunlock is too much. Bosses can't even attack so you can't get Witch Time.. They also deal less damage during Umbran Climax, the standard guns get a huge damage increase. They will deal higher damage if you hold the shots fully outside of Umbran Climax.
You can get free Angel Arms here. If you stun one of the Accolades you'll be able to ride them around, this ends with you throwing them into the ground. If their health is low enough this will finish them off and cause them to drop the hammer. No Torture Attack needed. You can ride a few other enemies around but they don't drop weapons. This works with Cachet if you hit them enough times..
Pain, Pride, Urbane and Gravitas will drop their weapons upon death but you don't see many of them on Hard Mode.

Pro Tip: Staggering enemies is based off damage, after a certain amount of damage the next hit can launch or stagger them outside of Witch Time. Stunning enemies is based off the number of hits. Running into an enemy with Feathers active and doing any attack outside of Panther Form can instantly stun an enemy.. For things like Cachet you'll need to use weaker attacks. Bullets can stun enemies. Stunning enemies is a good strategy with Bayonetta.. It doesn't really work on Rosa because you kill them too quickly.

When it comes to my Bayo 2 gameplay, I use Love is Blue like, pretty much all the time cause it’s a favorite of mine, but I could definitely see the challenges of only using that weapon when others have some particularly strong attacks in their arsenal. I will admit though I REALLY don’t like that PKP on Love is Blue is weaker than a standard Wicked Punch though. It feels like a SUPER useless combo most of the time and I only use it as a finisher really.

LiB is amazing and the moveset is better than SF because there’s always a K finished but something about SF hits different. Even in bayo 3 I use SF 😂. Been using those girls since the original bayo came out.

Its diff for switch. They just changed the difficulty names to easy, normal, hard, & infinite climax.
