For anyone curious about the Red Hot Shot Item, there is a place where you can find them infinitely and consistently, but the bad news is that you can only find them after the Mini-Boss fight with Loptr in Chapter 15: Truth. You'll find an Umbran Resting Place on top of a cliff formation, and inside it will always be a Red Hot Shot. If you want to get them easier, I'd recommend using Amiibo if you have the Nintendo Switch version. You can use up to 20 Amiibo every day, and you'll get a guaranteed 3 Red Hot Shots from them.
