It’s amazing. People mostly don’t get the combat yet, but it’s the same problem that each platinum game’s game have. People learn to appreciate them much later

The problem has less to do with the gameplay and more with the story; it is, even by the standards of this genre, nonsensical and convoluted without answering key questions. Any answers that do exist are locked behind lore segments that many players won't look into.
