I love all the orchestral tracks in this game. They appeal to the side of me that loves everything Sunny, Angelic, and Paladin-y. Hell, I spent more time gawking at the angels than at Bayonetta or even Jeanne.

It's so awesome... the water boss Sapientia is Latin for knowledge.... fighting an abstraction like that in such an epic setting is one of the most memorable moments in my gaming life. Outstanding game and beautiful soundtrack.

I think that must've been part of the point. They were beautiful, but they were also your opponent. Reducing them to nothing but a face with a giant hole through it, a bloody ball, and a busted head was definitely not unintentional in its brutality.

@UshiromiyaReiji The story is decent but the way it is communicated is pretty horrible. The thing about Bayonetta that was a turn off for a lot ppl (despite its many qualities) was obviously the cheesy crap-tastic dialogues and characters. I mean I wouldn't mind if it was a low budget game back in 1995 but now the overall storytelling and presentation just felt silly and boring. Good thing the gameplay was excellent and the overall level design very original (levels, boss battles etc).

Anyways by far the best and most fitting song on the game... I got mixed feeling about Bayonetta (Ive finished it btw). The creativity in this game is amazing, the boss battles are epic and fun but... I just hate the characters (boring, annoying, conversations are dumb), the story is badly told imo and the music is either awesome (like in this vid) or simply horrible like some shitty j-pop tunes.
