***** if it means anything at all, in bloody fate she shot her father in the head with the lipstick round that balder himself gave to rosa (his wife) before destroying jubileus with a BAHC (big ass hand cannon) wielded by the queen of inferno herself. you could say it was a final gift to balder to have him died this way rather then being obliterated alongside jubileus.

Well, in Bayonetta 2 at the start he is shown to be alive after being used for Jubileus (as her head is still 'intact') and THEN he dies along with Loptr/Aesir's soul.
