NO! TB3 is the version of TB2 that will take off and land on warships. There is Akıncı, which is much more advanced than TB3 in terms of weaponry and effective capacity, and Kızılelma, which is much more advanced than Akıncı. So, TB3 is 2 powers lower than Red Apple. The importance of TB3 is that it was developed with the capacity to land on a warship. If this process is successful, it will pave the way for more advanced unmanned combat vehicles to land on warships in the future. There is no unmanned warplane in the world yet that can take off and land on a warship. The USA is also working for this.

US predator drones are shoot down by huthis , it may be useful in the initial time of war but you can enter into a country with air defense systems

Compared to more advanced ANKA-3, Kızılelma, Akıncı and Aksungur TB-3 can only be challenger to Anka-S. So TB-3 is not even close to being the best drone Turkey produces
