Vancouver is not a Canadian city. Has not been for some time now. Visit it.. you'll know what I mean. I won a $225,000 condo there and never considered seeing it (in person) Had it on the market within a week.

Lance Manyon The rest of Canada is way too cold. It’s still Sept. and Calgary is getting lots of snow and Ottawa recently had a tornado. We don’t get any extreme weather patterns in Vancouver and our summers are hotter! 🌞

This is 9 years too late but that's not the only penthouse of that floor, you still have neighbors. If rich people really cared about being on the same level as the rest of the population, places like west vancouver & vancouver west would be more accessible areas. lol.

I hate when I see these beautiful building with a tone of potential then they have these cornball names and decoration to not only ad to the name and building that make it that more cornball looking if you ask me this had much potential the be beautiful but was absolutely destroyed with horrible tastes...it looks like it's targeted for well over the 60+ age range if you ask me. I hate that people never dare to go with beautiful dark colors in a building and instead go with these bright dull colors that would make me want to leave the lounge of the building nobody dares going with darker more beautiful and or peaceful colors kills the entire vibe the building should have. The cheap decoration by the public pull are incredibly cheap looking however the gym and theatre and absolutely rad!!! Also who am I kidding if I had that kind of money just that pool and hot tub alone would make me buy that darn penthouse....beautiful.

I agree with everything you said. The apartments in this building are ugly, but the hotel and all of its rooms are all in very dark, night timeish, decor. I stayed there once back in 2011. $700 for one night on the 11th floor for a basic room, but a gorgeous room. And a huge all marble bathroom. Luxurious as fuck.
