Yup, it's Terry Kiser! Bernie Lomax and Dr. Wachenstein from "Tammy and the T-Rex". Also one of the ultimate "that guys" in Hollywood, one of the busiest working actors. He was in one episode of seemingly _every_ TV show for a while. He had his 84th birthday just a few days ago on 1 August.

That's because one thing that was a lot scarier than those sets was how small the budget for season two had become. If I remember correctly from Allison Pregler's videos, "Baywatch Nights" started the first season by immediately going $1 million in the red for the first few episodes. The major syndication markets on the coasts didn't want a second season at all and the production paid them to get it on the air. For some reason the producers believed that a single-season flop of the spinoff show would damage the "Baywatch" franchise as a whole. So they threw more money down the hole to "protect the brand", but spent as little as possible on season two's production budget. And that's why it looks the way it does...
