@@ramsysuhail3904 I suggest for you to learn Islam in your native language or if you were really interested, perhaps Arabic. Speaking Arabic is a luxury in the Non-Arabic speaking Muslim population, and English isn't really the 1st language you want to go to learn Islam. But I don't know your situation, so let me give you some general advice. First, learn some Arabic terminology and the English translation or transliteration. For example جنة= jannah or heaven. Second learn how to read proficiently and have better listening comprehension. Learning is all input, meaning reading, writing and listening, while teaching is needs more speaking and and writing. Judging based on your comment, you would like to attain English for learning Islam.Therefore, try to focus more on input rather than output. Third, when you are learning Islam, focus on islam. When you are learning English, focus on English. Learning from your native language is important because it brings your heart closer to the topic at hand, rather than focusing on understanding the grammar of the sentences the Alim is giving you. And lastly (this may be the most important part) Learn Arabic through your Native Language unless if there is no information out there. When you learn a new language, you have to translate the words from the language that you usually speak to the language that you are learning. Learning Arabic through English means that you have to translate a word from your native language into English and then into Arabic, and if you don't know the word in English, then you won't understand the Arabic word. In this comment I'll talk about my advice to a Islamic scholar and teacher) I think as a teacher, you should practice better wording, grammar, and speaking capabilities, rather than just listening or reading. Of course, those are important, but as a teacher you would need to speak the students to teach them. May I add, however, that as a teacher, unless if you work at a place which values English, I suggest for you to speak the language most familiar to the students as to allow them to understand more efficiently. English may be the language of the world, but may not be the language of the classroom. May Allah benefit us from what he taught us and allow us to act upon that knowledge. SUMMARY OF DAY 1 - ☆ Three kinds of Arabic - 1. Street Arabic - Different in different places. 2. Fusha/Proper Arabic - Found in newspapers and books, subset (small part) of an ancient arabic. 3. Ancient arabic/Lisaan Al Arab - Language of the Quran. ☆ Three kinds of words in Arabic - 1. Ism 2. Fi'l 3. Harf ☆ HARF - A word that makes no sense unless another word comes after it. It’s been about 4 years since I took the Shahadah, alhamdullilah. I remember learning how to read Arabic with Nye and Rodney and Ustadh Nouman a couple of years ago right here on YT. Last Ramadan I read Quran cover to cover! Woooo! I’m so excited to learn Arabic with Ustadh again. Just made a small donation to Bayyinah. I can't express how grateful I'm for your courses. Some people are complaining because they paid and the video is for free on KZbin, but I can tell you that even if the videos are finally free I will still pay my subsription because everything you do is soooo valuable and nothing could never compensate all the effort you put into your videos. I just found this today, so hopefully all the lessons will be available for a few more weeks. The poor boy was getting a bit tired towards the end of an intensive lesson. Even though I'm not a Muslim, yet, I read somewhere that Allah gives double the reward to the person who strives and struggles to read/recite the Qur'an, than to someone who reads/recites it with perfect tajweed and in a beautiful voice. I look forward to catching up with lesson 2 tomorrow. Thank you.

Am an arab my self , already finished high school In my 12 years study I have never got a single good Arabic teacher who explain the language in an understable level . Am glad Ustad Nouman Ali Khan is doing a course on it . It's actually sad that arabic was the worst subject for every one in my school I get A in all subjects except arabic

If every teacher in this world taught like Usthad Nouman Ali Khan does, there would be no dropouts. Alas, that isn't the case rightt? Students enter higher studies without a firm grasp on the basic concepts and as a result, suffer in their studies. We need more individual attention given to students. Thanks a lot Usthad for arranging such a wonderful session.

Came back here because Allah, through Ustadh Nouman was able to instil something in me to keep being consistent in this lifelong journey. It has been a little more than a year that I’ve got into this program and I’m only on nahw day 74. It’s a slow progress but I hope that you brothers and sisters can pray for me to keep being consistent to learn Arabic Quran to benefit myself and others
