Words are more powerfull then we realize. The prophet used to speak positive words even in times no one could see the positive. He would highlight the good qualities on personal level and discuss bad ones in general. We should be more uplifting and not allow shaytan to use us against eachother. On the other hand, to echo what ustadh mentioned, we should become more aware of the greatness of Allah. By looking down on His creation you are looking down on Allah. Muslim ummah should learn to have higher ambitions while understanding that Allah is the one in charge. Trust Allah, not yourself. When you start thinking you control things, it is easy to get dissapointed or find excuses for yourself. But when you understand Allah is in control, it takes away weight that is not meant for you to carry. It becomes easier to maintain a positive attitude and to just do the best you can.

i really need this video i'm living in dark after i hit teenage... overthinking a LOT and been developed several anxity, don't talk outside of house and being silent whole time even when parents asking me about that and been close to go psychiatrist... been deperesed a lot, thinking of die and not marring any one to not ruin their life(I still think this) and just going to silent my whole life until i die... forgot to smile, forgot happiness.. i cut the connection to the world.. but right now im rethinking it thank you sir
