The Ref is Kru Nokweed, sparred with him a few times when I barely got started muay thai. He showed me how a real punch feels like. How to kick like a bad ass. Also to keep my hands up like your answering the phone.

Easier said than done. Joe's timing on leg kicks is near perfect. Every time Medhi picked up his to check Joe would land a left hook to set up the leg kick. I's almost unstoppable to block the low kick after a clean left hook to the head or body.

it happens alot in that sport unfortenately. only thing a fighter can do is hope it never happens to him. pro fights are not like amateur. in amateur where i live if there is a small cut the fight stops imediately. cheers!
