This was the rush edition of Binibini that was held on October 1993 right before Ruffa went to Sun City, South Africa to compete for Miss World pageant 1993. They did this edition for the preparaton of Miss Universe 1994 in Manila that was held in May 1994.

i thought it was on March 1994 for 27 years (1994-2021) and I just recently found out that that it was only on October 1993. LOL

@@haybolrambol5001 this was held October 31, 1993, Dayanara Torres the reigning Miss Universe at that time even visited the Philippines and graced the Press Presentation on October 27, 1993 and participated at the Charity Day at the Fiesta Carnival in Araneta Center and Parade of Beauties on October 28 who is also her Birthday. She left October 29, but her interview was shown on the TV TElecast.

This is the year when I first watched their parade at Araneta Center. Si Charlene napakaganda in person she looks a bit chubby sa TV pero payat nya in person. Si Shiela Dizon hindi ko gusto ugali kasi gusto nya ipatawag ang guard para palayasin kami hindi naman sya inaano ng mga tao. Si Sovietskaya Bacud tanda ko sya kasi winner sya ng She's Got the Look modelling contest ng Eat Bulaga. Si Janine Barredo naman nagreklamo yan after ng Bb kasi may anomalya daw kaya hindi sya nanalo cousin sya ni Ruffa at later on pumasok din sya sa showbiz.

Anonymous professional singers (not necessarily celebrities) ang kumakanta ng Bb. Pilipinas theme Song at lipsync lang ang mga Candidates during the Pageant. I knew it, nagsasali kami ng mga candidates during that time and even GMA 7 staff and crew are saying that it was pre-recorded by several lady singers.
