@ each locomotives are stand-alone DLCs, but you can buy them all at once. The DLC is called “Taurus 3 (1216) - Full Edition” in the Rosworth Vale route.

The ÖBB Taurus pack comes from Rosworth Vale. If you’re talking about the video, it’s Fulda High-speed, the name is in the description.
