BB2 winner, the notorious Dr. Will Kirby, gives an arrogant and flippant last speech to the jury before they cast the final votes to award either Will or Nicole the $500,000. (Will wins, by a vote of 9 to 2.)

This was when the jury was still allowed to go home and watch the season, before they come back to vote. If they saw everything, they knew what a mastermind he was -- so this speech probably didn't affect much either way. Jury stopped going home to watch after season 3.

I think it’s a mixture of both maybe the point he was trying to prove was that he was still himself and never changed since he came into the house unlike Nicole, or if he did because he figured they had already made up their minds
