There’s something so exhilarating about the first live update of the season 🤩 Great work as always Taran! Looking forward to the new season of coverage from you. How exciting is it to be watching Cirie on live feeds! Her giving notes to Jared was such a neat moment. It’s also very wild to me that only Izzy appears to know about the Cirie/Jared connection.

He was nominated by a twist in the first 20 minutes and then separated from everybody else. Might as well have just sent him home night 1. Just let them play the game.

I would love to see an all-female alliance of the 30+ age women: Cirie, Felicia, Mecole, Bowie and Izzy. I feel like they would be much more solid than the one they had because Kirsten's immaturity might be part of the problem. The older women are a bit more loyal and knowledgeable, I think it would be super fun. They all also wouldn't end up in a showmance situation as Mecole is married and Bowie and Izzy are queer. As a lesbian, it's fun to see more lesbians in the show too! And they could bring in others: Jared, Hisam and maybe Matt? I'm not sure but I do think an older woman's alliance would be awesome :)

I didn’t get to watch a lot of the live feeds last night but I had a feeling Kirsten was either going to get herself in trouble or make deep connection with how she was moving around the house. She’s definitely playing the game too hard too soon. I got bad vibes from Corey too. It something about his eyes I don’t trust. I really can’t see how they’re going to be able to keep Jared and Cirie being related a secret. I feel like that’s going to mess up both their games. Idk, it’s exciting. I look for to Tarens recaps😂

Call me crazy but I actually don’t mind how they did the night one competitions. I don’t like how they gave Cory the disappearing disadvantage but as far as nominations go I don’t mind it. I feel like it gives everyone an equal chance at forming strong alliances out of the gate because no one knows who’s going to be the first hoh (possibly decreasing chances for a “steam roll” alliance). Plus if it goes how we’re suspecting, the first hoh won’t have to get as much blood on their hands week one. And this allows for the nominees to build a good social game prior to the hoh being crowned.

welcome!! yes, it’s a pretty massive advantage as none of the other houseguests are going into the game knowing each other, so mom/son basically have doubled their chances of winning. they already have another ride or die in the house to help them and get them to the end which nobody else has. also, cirie is a survivor LEGEND so she has a more heightened level of awareness of how reality tv works and how to get to the end.

@@pamela89791 of course, i’m happy to help!! yes, it probably would be better to have everyone on an even playing field, but the whole big brother motto is “expect the unexpected” so they are always throwing in random (and sometimes awful) twists to mix things up. and while it could be an awesome advantage for mom/son, it could also be a massive detriment because if the house finds out that they are related, they would most likely be public enemy #1 and #2. also, cirie could possibly already become a threat if people realize how famous and experienced she is (they already know she was on survivor), her advantage of having that experience could put a much larger target on her back than all of the regular houseguests. i hope this helps!!! i hope you are enjoying this season so far :))

These people need to realize that it's a bad idea to get rid of the ones you don't like right off. You need to keep a few in your alliance to get rid of later without guilt. We see all the time that they make good friends, form an alliance and eventually they gotta toss their friend, who goes to Jury and it bites them in the rear. If you have a couple people no one likes in Jury and the rest are your friends, it'll work out better for you, just make sure your F2 person is the one who evicts most of them or is liked less. You don't wanna go to F2 with your bestie. Take someone no one likes if you can. They always forget that. So keep one of them around that you know no one is gonna vote for in the end
